Vista Square is a brand new accommodation and the studios themselves are modern, clean and well designed. The rooms are finished to a good standard and the overall facilities are excellent.
The major downside to this accommodation is the laundry. It costs around £4 per wash and £3–£4 per dry, meaning a single wash and dry can cost almost £10. Considering residents are paying around £250 per week in rent, these prices feel excessive.
To make matters worse, there are only four washing machines for the entire building, which isn’t enough for the number of residents. The standard wash cycle is only around 30 minutes, and I’ve found that clothes often don’t come out properly clean, meaning you sometimes have to wash them again, making the cost even higher.
If the laundry facilities were improved by adding more machines, offering longer and more effective wash cycles, and reducing the prices, this would be a much better place to live. As it stands, the laundry is by far the biggest downside of an otherwise very good accommodation.

Came here to view the studio apartments and I must say they are among the best studios we have seen in Liverpool, there are many different studios here and even the smaller ones feel very spacious and come with great furniture and facilities and are arranged perfectly. There are so many great common areas such as a great looking gym, games room, cinema room, karaoke room and a large shared kitchen with a balcony, all able to be booked out if you’re a resident. Chris who showed us the accommodation was incredibly friendly and helpful and told us everything we needed to know, and kept great communication at all times. I am 100% confident that anyone wishing to stay here would be making a great choice :)

I had a great experience living at Vista Square and would happily stay here again if I returned to Liverpool. The location is excellent; right in the city centre and only about a 15-minute walk from the University of Liverpool. The studio apartments are well designed, comfortable, and mine was spacious enough for one person. Having a dishwasher, microwave, and oven in the studio was also a big plus and made cooking much easier (In fact, I learnt how to cook while living there). The shared facilities, including the gym, study rooms, and cinema room was another bonus.
One of the best things about Vista Square is the concierge team. Rhoda, Killick, and the rest of the staff were always kind, welcoming, and happy to help with anything. They genuinely made the building feel like home and created a very friendly atmosphere.
The only downside was that house inspections and maintenance visits became a bit more frequent towards the end of my tenancy. Other than that, my experience was very positive. Whenever I had a problem, support was available, and both the move-out process and deposit return were handled smoothly and without any issues. I'd definitely recommend Vista Square.

Would not recommend, Serious Privacy issues.
I lived here for 9 months, and the apartment itself was good and matched the description. It’s very close to uni and Bold street so its a bonus. There are plenty of amenities. However, I only used the gym for a few days before I stopped going, as it didn’t even have a barbell.
The biggest issue for me was the lack of privacy.
On several occasions, staff entered my apartment using their fob with little or no notice. There was even a period when the front door had not been properly fixed before I moved in, so I would wake up almost every day to staff entering for inspections and checks.
There was also a time when workers cleaned the windows outside my apartment without giving any prior notice. During this time, maintenance work needed to be carried out outside my apartment and the only access was through my room. This happened during my final exam season as a student, which was very disruptive.
Additionally, whenever maintenance work was done inside the apartment, the staff did not clean up after themselves. For example, after carrying out work on the heating system restriction panel, they left without cleaning the apartment.
I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values privacy, especially girls and hijabi residents, as privacy often felt like an afterthought.
That said, I would like to give a special shout-out to Rhoda the building manager , who was always welcoming and friendly throughout my stay.

Apart from the stylish social spaces and excellent facilities, it’s the team that make Vista so good. They make everyone welcome and take excellent care of every student.

Short review:
One of the best student accommodations in Liverpool. The studios actually match the photos, the noise isolation is perfect for studying, and the central location is unbeatable. It’s a brand-new building with amazing amenities and incredibly friendly staff (huge thanks to Rhoda and Chris). Highly recommended!
Full Review:
I moved into this studio in February, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best student accommodation experiences I’ve had. The room is exactly as shown in the photos, which was a huge relief after previously viewing other studios that did not match their listings at all.
The building is new, the facilities are excellent, and the range of amenities is impressive — including a gaming room, karaoke room, gym, and a private dining room/lounge with a kitchen for guests, parties, or special occasions. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and Rhoda, the building manager, has been especially helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Chris and the rest of the team are also very pleasant to deal with.
One of the biggest positives for me is the noise isolation. The rooms are genuinely quiet, which has made a massive difference to my studies after having problems with noise in my previous accommodation. The location is also incredibly convenient — right in Liverpool city centre, within walking distance of the station and close to Liverpool Uni, with easy bus access to the other universities.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a place that offers a smooth, comfortable student lifestyle without unnecessary issues. In my opinion, it is one of the best student accommodation buildings in Liverpool, and it has been a great experience so far.
